Across TV, gaming consoles, tablets, mobile phones and all other devices, we reach more than 5.5 million Australian customers and will now be the new home of Rugby, Wimbledon and Roland-Garros, with Stan Sport launching in February 2021.
We have an exciting new opportunity for Presentation Coordinators who will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all live streaming requirements for Stan Sport. Working closely with the Channel Nine team, you will ensure a high-quality stream on live sporting events by performing all operational and technical requirements.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to triage and problem solve on the fly, from previous experience working in the media industry, and their strong knowledge of sports. You must be comfortable working shifts outside of ordinary business hours / during live matches.
WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE
- Set up live streams ahead of matches / events and monitor the full broadcast for any faults or technical issues that must be resolved
- Complete operational processes including organising and publishing games and mini matches on demand
- Work collaboratively with Stan Technology team on reporting, troubleshooting and resolving relevant faults for future broadcasts
- Facilitating all presentation requirements to ensure seamless live streaming and a great experience for the audience
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven presentation experience, especially with live TV
- Ability to handle the pressures involved with live broadcasts
- Attention to detail including fault recognition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Movida is advantageous but not essential
