Located on Sydney’s North Shore is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager.

THE ROLE:


Reporting to the General Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:


  • Supervision and direction of workflow of marketing, advertising and public relations for the Australian market


  • Assisting with new marketing campaigns and strategies including supervising the creation of printed materials, tools, and website material.


  • Evaluation and modification of marketing content assigned to ensure it satisfies the Australian requirements; clarifying marketing requests and providing proposals as needed.


  • Working together with International teams by participating in the development of new marketing ideas, designs and processes. You will identify brand, category, retailing, and Ambassador opportunities that support annual strategies to ensure company and Australian objectives are being met.


  • Managing the campaign calendar to ensure timelines and calendar prioritisation are executed based upon approvals, key dates, and channel best practices.


  • Working in partnership with Product Marketing for new product launches, as well as broader marketing and product business groups. You will develop and implement end-to-end journey and life-cycle campaigns which include campaign planning and design, target criteria selection, list management, campaign health monitoring and post campaign analysis.


  • Taking a leadership role in collaborating with operations, finance and sales teams to help manage the global/local brand while working to a budget (e.g. reduce excess inventory, SKU optimization/rationalization, forecasting).


  • Ensuring regulatory compliance of products, labels, advertising, product claims, specifications, and promotions in the assigned markets as well as adherence to policies and guidelines.

THE CANDIDATE:


To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:


  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years of product marketing experience ideally within the healthcare, wellness, nutritional, weight loss or skincare industry (this would be ideal but is not essential).


  • Relevant qualifications – the successful candidate will be degree qualified in Marketing, Communications or other relevant fields.


  • An understanding of requirements for digital, print and social media creative (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter etc).


  • Advanced Microsoft office particularly Excel and PowerPoint – this is essential for your data analysis and presentation preparation.


  • The kind of personality that really enjoys working within a collaborative environment, yet you’re also very driven to achieve individual targets and goals. You love working within a fast-paced environment that can pivot from one campaign to another at a moment’s notice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Global business working in their Australian office that has seen phenomenal growth despite trying Covid times. The General Manager is incredibly experienced within the industry and will be an excellent support to the successful candidate.
