This is a newly created role for Dermapenworld, leaders in skincare technology. 

As our Marketing Manager you will lead a small team in assisting our company growth by: 

  • Formulating global brand strategies to the Professional Surgeon, Doctor, Spa, Aesthetic Clinic and Private Consumers. 
  • Partnering with our worldwide distributors to create sales opportunities through brand equity and deploying diverse marketing activities. 
  • Optimising A&P investments to deliver the greatest impact and return. 
  • Understanding our consumer and competitor landscape through data and insights to inform and support decision making 
  • Collaboration with external partners and in-house resources including Consumer Product, Studios/Content, Operations, Sales and loyalty program teams to activate the marketing blueprint and meet targets. 
  • Building best in class partnerships with our agencies, licensors and other partners to leverage expertise. 
  • Providing thought leadership across marketing and the broader organisation, spurring change and innovation, as a key leader in the business 
  • Inspiring your team of Co-ordinators, Specialists and Graphic Designers through empowerment and ongoing feedback, prioritising personal and professional development 

Daily duties will include: 

Planning & Budgeting 

  • Develop a marketing plan and calendar and budget to meet company objectives. 
  • Work with your team and external partners to facilitate and optimise search engine marketing. 
  • Produce weekly reports collating sales results, product overviews, marketing and budgets to management. 


  • Manage the merchandising, product and content uploads for a new website launching early 2021. 
  • Be responsible for the re-platforming and ongoing UI optimisation of the website, with support from Graphic Design, IT and an external re-platforming agency. 


  • Plan, direct and manage all photography requirements for branding, product, portfolio, and campaigns. 
  • Oversee and direct video production and brand location shoots. 


  • Execute the annual program of customer events. 
  • Control and maintain event budgets, event design, direction and production including everything from the Invitations, RSVP’s, catering, run sheets, locations, scheduling, internal attendance, etc.

  • Proven experience in marketing management or similar role
