The Role

We are seeking a motivated and values driven Business Development Manager to join our NSW based sales team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable business relationships across our Residential Mortgage products. You will act as a business mentor to your network of brokers and proactively strategise to help them build their networks and referral sources.

About You

To be considered you must have;

  • Background in business development and relationship management with proven experience in lending.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills backed by a history of providing superior service
  • Thorough understanding of consumer lending legislation
  • Current driver's licence.
