How will I help?

As a Lending Solution Plus Banker, you'll be skilled in delivering a superior customer experience and placing the customer in the centre of what we do. The Solution Banker will manage Home loan applications for new and existing customers across a range of home lending products in order to drive customer advocacy, deepen customer relationships and to earn all of our customers business.

What do I need?

Put simply, you'll love helping people. Everyday you will be working alongside stakeholders to enhance customer experiences, so you’ll need some previous experience in a customer centric role, developed problem solving skills and good time management. Ideally, you'll have knowledge of credit or lending, and have a desire to pursue a career within the lending team at St George. A sound understanding of bank processes, systems and procedures would be a highly advantageous.
