How Will I Help?
Reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Cash manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations in our Commercial Cash Team. You will ensure accurate and timely reporting to the customer and daily processing of all required files, guaranteeing all customer payments occur on time and are delivered in full. You will capture, manage and report on all service failures and introduce corrective actions where needed and hold the correct mindset for contingent or secondary planning to make alternative solutions.

This position is key to achieving quality services for our customers and requires you to have a good working relationship with our customers and service providers in order to negotiate quality outcomes for daily service issues.

You will be experienced in cash management practices and reconciliation processes, along with risk and AML awareness. Strong communication skills are essential to your ability to engage with key stakeholders and to coach and develop individuals.
