Job Description
RPS is currently expanding our project and program management capabilities within the Contaminated Land sector, and in doing so is seeking applications from highly experienced consultants to lead the growth of our project management and technical environmental services in this sector.
This role will have coverage up the east coast and requires someone with environmental consulting and project management experience who will work as a leader, manager, and consultant. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in winning and delivering contamination management projects to assist in the growth and development of a leading national capability with RPS.
Key Functions And Responsibilities Of This Position Include
- Business development and tender management
- Technical advisory and project leadership
- Client service delivery and project management
- Resource planning and financial management
- Leadership and people management.
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate field
- Significant experience and strong technical competency in environmental project management, contamination assessment and management including remediation
- Background in managing professional services organisations
- Strong communications, resource management and leadership skills
- Demonstrated abilities in business strategy, planning, marketing, client engagement, business development and growth within a business
- Exceptional financial and contract management abilities
- AIPM Certified Practicing Project Director certification or Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) Site Contamination or equivalent would be advantageous.
