The SEO Manager will be well versed in all owned media experience channels. The SEO Manager will also support and guidance to junior members of the team where necessary and have a constant inclination to learn more about the consumer environment and digital strategies


  • Lead the management of your clients ensuring that iProspect has appropriate time to deliver on agreed outcomes.
  • Carry out user-centric SEO research and analysis for clients and have a sound knowledge of technical SEO optimisation, on-page optimization, keyword research, content gap analysis and offsite SEO. 
  • Create market-leading amplification campaigns to ensure content created is amplified using a variety of different methods such as influencer outreach and native platform amplification. 
  • Manage the monthly activity plans for your team and support the delivery of crucial deliverables.
  • Develop and manage your team to you and foster a team environment which is collaborative and forward thinking. 
  • Demonstrated experience running large scale integrated digital campaigns which drives measurable business outcomes
  • Responsible for the day to day quality of strategy and execution across your client digital campaigns
  • To support SEO Director in tracking financial performance of campaigns
  • To play an active role in supporting local market new business pitching where required.
  • To actively seek to identify out of scope projects across your clients. 


  • A thorough understanding of SEO and experience owned media channels, and the broader digital ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated experience running large scale integrated digital campaigns which drives measurable business outcomes
  • Demonstrates a keen understanding of the wider digital ecosystem and the role of performance
  • Collaborative and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working autonomously, seeking support from management when needed
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
