ABOUT THE ROLE

Take on this new Service Supervisor opportunity in our Wodonga branch and lead our dedicated and hardworking team of Technicians, while ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding service.

This is an integral position in our team, that plays a significant role in ensuring the success of our Wodonga branch.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing our close supportive team
• Ensuring satisfaction and value for money for our new and loyal customers
• Striving to continuously achieve service labour targets with repair and maintenance work
• Maintaining a safe work environment with a focus on continuous improvement
• Leading by example and being an advocate for our core values of Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork, Excellence and Sustainability.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a strong operational background, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a sound knowledge of the earthmoving industry. 

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience & attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, supervising a high performing team
• Strong mechanical aptitude 
• Experience with providing guidance and direction with a calm disposition
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks
• Customer focused attitude with an ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Proven conflict resolution, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Dedicated commitment to safety and quality work practices
