JOB DESCRIPTION

AustralianDirect.au is an online store that specialises in 12 Volt products such as Portable Fridges, Lighting, Battery Systems, Solar Panels, and more.

We are seeking a full-time customer service consultant with a solid understanding of 12V systems to assist our customers via inbound telephone calls and email enquiries.

Duties Will Include

  • Incoming and outbound Telephone Enquiries
  • Technical support
  • After-sales support
  • Tracking deliveries

Requirements
  • Must be based in Brisbane and able to report to our office in Brisbane
  • A solid understanding of 12V devices and battery systems
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • You must be computer savvy as we are a tech company
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Outgoing and confident personality

Advantage But Not Essential
  • Auto Electrical Trade Certificate
  • Experience in web-based CMS, Google Suite
