About the roleYou will be a key member of our Caboolture team, primarily responsible for retail sales with some responsibility for stock control. In addition for providing exceptional customer service and technical sales activity, you will also be responsible for providing stock control support as required for the store.In this role you will be expected to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with suitable solutions. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco's products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.The role will involve:Assist customers find innovative solutions using Stratco products and materialsFace to face and telephone salesPrepare project quotations and sales proposalsParticipation in training and personal development sessionsGeneral housekeeping activitiesAdherence to Stratco safety and other policiesThe successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes: A passion to deliver outstanding customer serviceExcellent communication skillsOutstanding organisational skillsProven ability to provide solutions and drives salesAbility to manage multiple customers and prioritiesAn eye for detail whilst working in a fast paced environmentA commitment to excellence and self developmentPrevious design consulting or building industry experience advantageousWillingness to work Saturday's.
