Job Description

As the Travel and Expense Administrator reporting into the Travel & Expense Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing FIFO and Salary Sacrifice travel bookings for eligible employees. Along with this you will support the Corporate Card program including arranging new applications; transaction queries and reporting on out of policy spend. You will also administer and have oversight of ad-hoc changes to Travel Bookings for our employees.

The successful candidate can expect to be dealing with a wide range of requests, and as such previous experience in a customer service role will be well regarded. This position will be well suited to an individual with travel & expense management exposure including the use of an online booking tool, who has good domestic and/or International product knowledge, and an understanding of Corporate Credit Card programs.

Qualifications

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and ambitious person who would like to join a dynamic team in a continually evolving environment. To be successful for this role you will have at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. You will have a keen eye for detail and acute organisational skills. As you will be part of a team environment you will be expected to work effectively and collaboratively within your team and maintain a flexible approach.

This is a Monday to Friday position based at our Brisbane Corporate Office.
