About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be assigned a portfolio of customer accounts to manage on behalf of the company within our Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, and Food & Beverage divisions. Using your people skills, you will establish and strengthen professional relationships with our existing and future clients, increase sales within your portfolio, negotiate pricing, and formulate trade strategies.

You will gain valuable experience in business to business (B2B) sales and business development management (BDM), through contract negotiation and tender submissions. As part of an industry team, you will learn and share industry knowledge and market intelligence.

Realising sales goals and KPI goals will see your career grow at Redox, with those who achieve targets rewarded periodically and annually. Over time you will be given opportunities to progress your career within the business, resulting in new and exciting challenges for your own personal development.

Skills and Experience

  • As a recent graduate, you are early in your career, keen to learn, and ready to be developed into a successful and leading sales person.
  • You are organised with exceptional time management skills, ability to prioritise and multitask, self-motivated and curious, with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Working autonomously as part of a team, you will be reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • An understanding or interest in chemistry or chemicals is preferred however an enthusiastic business graduate with a keen interest in sales will be considered.
  • Essentials
  • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or Bachelor of Business is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; written, verbal, and face to face.
  • Citizenship or permanent residency status.
  • Drivers Licence and car.
