JOB DESCRIPTION
Required strong knowledge in below areas:
1. TPL and Freight Forwarding scenarios
2. Configuration of Forwarding Agreement, Forwarding Order and Freight Order
3. Order Management, Charge Management and Forwarding Settlement creation and Billing
4. ECC and TM integration
5. Basic understanding of BOPF
6. TM and EM integration
7. Master Data set-up and replication using CIF
Knowledge in the below areas will be an asset:
1. IDocs
2. WS-RM
Other Expectations
1. Team management and customer facing experience
2. Maintain existing business solution in SAP area based on user requirements analysis
3. Look after Business as Usual support (troubleshoot and diagnose errors/faults and resolve tickets)
4. Propose, configure, document and test business solution in SAP TM according to the functional and technical requirements
5. Closely communication with ABAP development team
