Position : Full Time
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000 a year 
Location : Perth


The Inglewood Hotel is an award winning venue and are currently looking for vibrant & enthusiastic Chefs and Cook to join our team. 

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals wishing to further their careers within the hospitality industry.

The successful applicant will:

• Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine.
• Presentation skills.
• Creative and skills in menu preparation, design.
• Ability to handle large service numbers and ensure quality of the food prepared.
• Assist storage and ordering.
• Train and manage junior cooks and kitchen staff.
• Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality 

Chefs should be able to manage daily production planning, costing and control kitchen operations in addition to above.


To be considered for the position you must possess the following:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Cert lll or similar qualification
• Ability to excel in a high volume, high pressure environment 
• Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts as required
