We are looking for an administrative superstar for a role as an Executive Assistant to support our executive team, this role will be as a Virtual Assistant and applicants are advised that they will be working from home. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organising travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organisational tasks.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting
  • Market Research
  • CRM Organisation
  • Organising service technicians
  • Update service spreadsheets
  • Handling basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable
  • Following up clients for payment
  • Preparation for meetings and other events
  • Using software such as Xero, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite
  • Managing and filling contracts
  • General Administrative tasks
  • Handling client queries

Executive Assistant Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets
  • Knowledge in Salesforce or Pipedrive or Similar
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Be willing to work from home as a virtual assistant
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
  • Higher School Certificate or higher.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Access to internet

Training will be provided. We are a fast-growing company and would suit someone who is keen to hit the ground running and looking for further professional growth opportunities. This position has no set office location and is essentially a Virtual Assistant role. Applicants should have access to a computer and internet.
