About the roleA Fee for Service framework exists to support advisers in our AMP advice business in charging clients for advice in an efficient, compliant and fair way.The purpose of this role is to support initiatives around the BAU management of the Fee for Service control Framework. This role will perform supervision and monitoring quality checks/sampling, and will use reporting to ensure compliance with legislation, policy, processes. We have two five month contract opportunities available and will consider candidates from various locations/working remotely.Key Responsibilities- Complete daily supervision and monitoring (control) activities to ensure AMP Advice continue to deliver efficient, compliant and customer centric services related to fee for service- Execution of the supervision and monitoring framework via control sampling, evidence review and monitoring to ensure;

  • Advisers are compliant in meeting their FFS service delivery and compliance obligations
  • Incidents are reported and action undertaken as per guidelines
  • Monitoring of Remedial Action undertaken as specified
  • Constructive feedback provided to Advisers where necessary- Resolve or escalate any issues in accordance with policies and business priorities- Support the business in processing, enquiries, and reporting activities as needed- Work collaboratively with broader Advice stakeholders/ teams to provide effective support to practices and advisers- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement to the supervision and monitoring programCapabilities & Experience- Demonstrated experience in an Advice related business with sound knowledge of the financial services/financial planning industry and practice- Practical knowledge of compliance and risk management practice in a corporate context- Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (ADFS), or other Tertiary qualifications relevant to the field of financial planning and advice preferred- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Confidence in dealing with stakeholder groupsWellbeing & BenefitsAs a company that values wellbeing, we offer a range of great benefits to support you financially, professionally and personally.
