We are seeking expressions from committed and compassionate Home Care Support Workers who have a passion for assisting people in their local community. You must be available and have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

As a Home Care Support Workers, you will deliver daily living services to our aged clients including meal preparation, social support, meal assistance and all aspects of personal care.

Essential requirements:

• A compassionate, person centered approach and reliable 'can do ' attitude.
• Certificate III in Aged care, disability or community care
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (mandatory)
• Current National Police Clearance (mandatory)
• Working with children check (mandatory)
• Current Australian drivers license, reliable own vehicle and car insurance.
• Current Flu vaccination (evidence required).
• Availability to work at short notice.
