Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Leader will be required to manage and drive sales in the showroom. You will have the opportunity to make the store your own and manage a small team of Consultants. You will be a passionate leader, who can motivate the team and create growth in the business.

Duties

• Motivate, train and mentor the sales team to meet quarterly targets
• Manage the store budget and financials
• Lead adherence to sales standards, sales process and customer experience
• Collaborate with the Group Marketing & Sales teams to increase store visits, appointments and conversions
• Use data analytics to tailor sales campaigns and promotions
• Maintain the showroom and displays
• Recruit new team members in line with company standards and HR advice
• Ensure the store is sufficiently staffed at all times through effective rostering, recruitment and leave management
• Ensure the store is compliant with health and safety regulations

• Demonstrated experienced as a Store Manager in a retail store, or similar
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to drive sales and meet KPI's and targets
• Strong influential skills and ability to motivate a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organised and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Willing to work weekends and on a rotating roster
