Our client is one of the best known brands in the country and they are currently looking to expand their team of enthusiastic, friendly and dynamic individuals in their Adelaide Contact Centre. This exciting opportunity allows for an individual who is ready to take the next step in their customer service career.
Multiple roles currently exist for inbound consultants to commence 22nd February or 1st March. Full time hours across a Monday to Friday bandwidth will be offered for an initial period of 6 months.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering an exceptional experience and enjoy interacting with customers to identify their needs
  • Create a simple and brilliant customer experience across all our interactions in a multi-media environment
  • Assist customers to understand, use and resolve issues relating to our products and services
  • Building strong relationships and working to understanding the customer’s needs and identify products to effectively meet customer needs
  • Negotiating acceptable outcomes and solutions for both the customer and the business
  • Working in an agile and ever-changing work environment with constant support and leadership guidance

Who we’re looking for:

  • People who have Inbound, Outbound Sales or Customer Service experience in a large-scale organisation
  • Experience working in a contact centre or retail store
  • Proven experience in solving problems
  • The ability to build customer relationships quickly
  • Can learn and use new systems rapidly
  • Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help people
As a strong communicator, you’ll feel comfortable responding to sales and service enquiries relating to a range of mobile products and services – and don’t worry, full training and ongoing support will be provided!
