As a Customer Service Consultant you will be passionate about delivering an exceptional experience and enjoy interacting with customers to identify and streamline their needs. Your goal is to create a simple and brilliant customer experience! This is a temporary, 6 month assignment to commence on the 22nd February. Successful candidates must be available to work rotating roster Monday to Friday between 7am-8pm rotating roster. The hourly rate of pay is $28.86 per hour plus super.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Creating a simple and brilliant customer experience, offering solutions that best meet the customers’ needs - you are not afraid to do some troubleshooting on basic technical issues!
- Building strong relationships over the phone working to understand the customer’s needs and confidently recommend products and services.
- Providing a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Working in an agile and ever-changing work environment with constant support and leadership guidance.
- Previous Call Centre experience would be advantageous.
- Experience working in a fast paced & structured working environment.
- High level rapport building and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help people.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on first call resolution
