Our client is a household name in Australia, are currently looking to expand their team of enthusiastic, friendly, dynamic individuals in their Hobart Contact Centre!
As a Customer Service Consultant you will be passionate about delivering an exceptional experience and enjoy interacting with customers to identify and streamline their needs. Your goal is to create a simple and brilliant customer experience! This is a temporary, 6 month assignment to commence on the 22nd February. Successful candidates must be available to work rotating roster Monday to Friday between 7am-8pm rotating roster. The hourly rate of pay is $28.86 per hour plus super.

In this position you will be responsible for:
  • Creating a simple and brilliant customer experience, offering solutions that best meet the customers’ needs - you are not afraid to do some troubleshooting on basic technical issues!
  • Building strong relationships over the phone working to understand the customer’s needs and confidently recommend products and services.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Working in an agile and ever-changing work environment with constant support and leadership guidance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Previous Call Centre experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience working in a fast paced & structured working environment.
  • High level rapport building and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help people.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on first call resolution
As a strong communicator, you will feel comfortable responding to service and sales enquiries relating to a range of mobile products and services – and don’t worry, full training and ongoing support will be provided!
