Hays is proud to be partnering with a well established organisation in search for a Data Analytics Manager.

As the power of data, real time reports and low-code applications become increasing popular across enterprises, we are looking for an experienced Data and Analytics Manager to lead a team and direction of the organisation's operational and corporate data. Take charge leading greenfield and ongoing projects to leverage their data warehouse, pipelines and applications to make a meaningful positive impact on the organisation. To be successful in the role, you will be experienced and confident in the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Data Engineering team
  • Set and review performance objectives for all team members
  • Accountable for the provision of timely data to support the data analysis and reporting by the business.
  • Establish and lead the Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACE) to encourage regular collaboration across all areas of the data and analytics functions.
  • Ensure accuracy of data and drive continual improvement in the Club's data governance, quality and integrity
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure available datasets meet information requirements and align with the Group Strategy.
  • Effective tactical, strategic and relationship management of internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ensure engineered data solutions and platforms are reliable and efficient
  • Coordinate the management and resolution of data and analytics technical issues
  • Work with key internal customers to define requirements and create information delivery solutions that meet their needs utilising best practices
  • Operate within agreed budget while achieving goals
  • Proactively manage and coach staff for improved performance
  • Participate in, lead and implement special projects as they arise to support company, individual and business objectives
