We have 2 clinics located in Cleveland and Beenleigh.

The practice manager is expected to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice.

We need you to be organised and manage all administration duties in the practice.

• Experience with Nookal and HiCAPS is an advantage.
• Be able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills with good time management skills.
• Be self motivated and work well with team members.
• Flexible to work between 8.am – 7pm
• Prior experience in the Medical/health field.
• Oversight of practitioner billing and schedules
• Policy and procedure development, implementation, and review
• Resolving patient concerns and feedback
• The ability to travel across the service delivery area.
• Well preseted and professional.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Experience:

• Practice Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
