Cach Song Vietnamese iced coffee is a brand new concept, never seen before in Australia. Located on Hasting street Noosa is Cach Songs flagship store and we need your help!

In Vietnamese, Cach Song means “way of life” and that’s exactly what the brand represents, not only a way of life but a beach lifestyle that is fresh and fun.

Cach Song’s core products include Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Fruit Infused Water, Vietnamese Donuts and Gelato Bahn Mi.

Situated in prime position along the Hastings strip the brand will be a representation of the Noosa vibe with a take away grab and go style of hospitality for tourists and locals alike.

Cach Songs working environment will be a fast paced environment with a store design that is ultra modern and well laid out for ease of operation.

Qualifications & experience

· A passion for providing excellent service.

· Happy outgoing personality and positive “can do” attitude

· Some management experience in a hospitality environment

· Drive to be part of a new store build and set-up, including building a core team

· Experience in leading a team and building a positive workplace culture

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

Tasks and Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day operations, including ordering and rostering to meet demand

· Hire and onboard new team members

· Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of equipment

· Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed

· Ensure all café areas are clean and tidy

· You will develop an excellent repour with all customers

· You will be competent in the use of all systems including POS.

Expected Start Date: 01/03/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,884.00 – $62,191.00 per year

• retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
