Smart Energy is committed to bringing affordable solar solutions to Australian homes. With over 300 staff and contractors across 6 offices, we install around 100 residential solar systems nationally every week.

The Job:

Our installation operation services metropolitan centres all year round but regional centres more sporadically. Being agile & dynamic has allowed our growth. All our installers are electricians with a CEC (solar) qualification. Currently, they are all independent contractors. Our network is over 400 with some 100 active at any one time.

Your primary focus will be scheduling 100 plus residential solar installations every week, organising the day to day for installers and customers.

This will involve:

  • Confirming future availability of install teams
  • Rescheduling appointments for the week/day
  • Answering inbound telephone calls & texts
  • Regular confirmations & rearrangement negotiations
  • Resolving issues as they arise
  • Sharing the details of all your actions by entering them into our systems
  • Reaching resolutions by defusing and reassuring sometimes frustrated customers and contractors

As a modern business, we constantly seek to harness technology to make our process more efficient. Your role will involve moving data between platforms. Salesforce is our master fulfilment system. In addition you will be using a combination of Google Sheets, Slack, SMS, Messenger & Email.

Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
