Our client who contributes to a fair and just society and safe, healthy, productive workplaces and community, is looking to expand their IT team. A position has recently opened up for the right candidate to join a dynamic service desk team.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-contact support services to clients.
- Provide responsive technical support in the investigation and resolution of client incidents.
- Provide technical knowledge and skills in the fulfilment of requests from clients.
- Provide second-level desktop support and request services including installation of desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Use your initiative and proactive approach to identify opportunities and initiatives that will enhance delivered services.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge and experience working in an IT service environment that supports a diverse client base.
- Sound understanding of ITIL processes, particularly in incident and request fulfilment.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 8.1/10
- Experience with Office 365
- Knowledge and experience supporting desktops and hardware
