You will be responsible for assisting in implementing strategies within the Procurement & Purchasing Departments to maximise cost savings and to improve machinery part lead times.

Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Inputting data into SAP for requisitions, orders and reports
  • Coordinating vendor activity for despatch and purchase order generation
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Report preparation
  • Data mapping
  • Maintenance of supplier lists across parts, lead times and costings
To be considered for this opportunity you should possess the following skills and experiences:
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced SAP experience
  • Experience with Dynamics would be highly regarded
  • Experience within procurement and purchasing departments
  • Good time management & interpersonal skills
