Position Summary:

The time is right for you to join us as we embark on the biggest construction project Victoria has ever seen. A great opportunity to commence your career with Homes Victoria and assist in building more homes for more Victorians. This is a rewarding and challenging opportunity for an experienced and dedicated client-side Project Manager to support project delivery in the Property and Project Management Unit, Homes Vic.

This Project Manager role is going to be a key role during a critical time in our project. It will see you join a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering recommendations from a Royal Commission and the Victorian government's promise to deliver safe and holistic homes for all Victorians.

The Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project status, risk analysis, stakeholder management, working across multiple sites concurrently, preparation of project documents and managing defect liability periods for completed properties.

Excellent benefits in working under a Victorian Public Service Award are commensurate with the position. This is a client-side fixed term position until 29th June 2022

Are you able to:

  • Be a team player with good document management and project management skills?
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders?
  • Assist colleagues in identifying activities to expedite the effective delivery of projects and general operations?
  • Create, receive, review, and process quotations, contracts and invoices for projects?
  • Manage contracts, contract signing, and contract database for projects?
  • Management of Project Reports on a monthly basis to enable consistent cash flow analysis and reporting?
