JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client in the state government health sector is seeking a Program Lead - Quality and System Performance. This will be an exciting 12 months fixted term contract based in St. Leonards NSW.
As the Program Lead you will manage, implement, monitor and coordinate program's quality and performance improvement strategies, activites and infrastructure, as well as engage with internal stakeholders and the health community to ensure the program contributes to lessening the impact of cancer across NSW.
Ideal candidate will have:
• Experience managing complex projects with health sector quality and performance improvement objectives and stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding and experience working within the NSW Health system or other health systems.
• Experience in critically appraising research and interpreting clinical and population health data and information.
• Relevant tertiary qualification and relevant experience in health and project management methodologies.
