An incredible opportunity to immerse yourself within a fast paced, high-performing Sales team whilst educating, inspiring and skillfully guiding potential clients through the purchasing cycle.

About You

We are looking for the following skills, experience and attributes:

  1. Inbound & Outbound dialer experience – fast paced environment.
  2. Outbound dialing will be for new customer acquisition, as well as impeccable customer care for existing clients.
  3. Demonstrated high performer.

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with current and prospective customers via chat, email and phone to nurture and prepare them for a vehicle purchase
  2. Receive and respond to inbound leads to assess the prospect's needs, qualify the opportunity, and schedule the test drive experience
  3. Conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior customer experience that represents the company brand values.
  4. Being responsible for individual pipelines, conducting follow ups as necessary
  5. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline achieving both personal and group monthly metrics in conjunction with the field Sales teams.
  6. Coordinating with multiple stores and locations to manage schedules and resources
  7. Keep up with industry trends and best practices, including utilization of new technology and web resources.
  8. Utilize, update and maintain the integrity of information in CRM system.

The role of the Inside Sales Advisor is to educate, inspire and skillfully guide Tesla’s potential customers through the vehicle purchase and configuration process. Inside Sales Advisors have the incredible opportunity to advise potential Tesla customers, while honing their abilities in lead qualification.
We expect members of this team to become experts in our products and the direct-from-manufacturer sales model that has made Tesla an innovator in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Tesla brand and mission, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, unshakeable moral fortitude, and a strong awareness of professional behaviour when supporting customers.

    Requirements:
