Nelson Bay Oysters is a new enterprise with oyster leases in Port Stephens and a land base in Karuah NSW. The farm is based around the innovative FlipFarm technology developed in New Zealand.

We are seeking an oyster farm hand to join our team working in the development of infrastructure in the water, on land as well as oyster production

About you:

• Work well within a team
• Oyster industry experience
• Motivated, enthusiastic 
• Reliable and punctual
• Enjoy physical work on water and in shed
• Provide initiative when dealing with day to day challenges
• Understand the importance of workplace health and safety and food safety

Desirable but not essential Qualifications:

• Coxswains Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Forklift Licence
