Design & Sales Consultant – Oxley

Part of the CSR family, our Masonry & Insulation Business Unit comprises of Bradford, Monier Roofing and PGH Bricks & Pavers. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems that cover insulation, ventilation, solar, bricks and rooftiles.

PGH Bricks & Pavers, a part of the CSR Group, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality clay bricks and walling products with operations across the east coast of Australia.

Based at our Oxley Display Centre and working 5 days a week, the Design & Sales Consultant is accountable for providing exceptional customer experience to both our internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure customer inquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner, while also providing colour advice for customer selections. You will also oversee the day-to-day operation of the Display Centre.

A typical day looks like…

  • Providing exceptional service and building ongoing professional relationships with our customers
  • Organising brick and stone samples, ensuring displays are attractive and well maintained
  • Providing Colour Consultations and advice on customer selections
  • Resolving customer concerns and offering solutions for positive outcomes
  • Assisting the call centre with data entry
  • Providing feedback to the business for the improvement of products and processes

To ‘smash it’ and role model our behaviours, you will have…

  • Previous experience in a customer service position
  • Experience in the building materials or a related industry will be advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills with SAP experience highly regarded
  • Be available to work Saturdays as rostered
