Position Summary:

  • Role is part of Point-of-Sale implementation for a Tier 1 Telecom Operator.
  • Role requires Hands on experience in end-to-end D365FO implementation, upgrade, integration, migration, SSRS, project management, data migration, LCS, POC’s, RFP’s, SDLC, Retail, POS, Power Platform, CDS, Upgrade, Platform updates, CI/CD and Azure DevOps.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 14 years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO including multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide implementations with customizations for Tier 1 Clients.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations X++, SSRS, Azure DevOps, Deployments, Upgrade, Platform updates, Finance, SCM, POS, Retail, Cloud Architectures, configurations of On-premises environments, Power Platform, CDS, SDLC and Workflows.
  • Expertise on D365FO tools such as LCS, DIXF, Excel Add-On, Management Reporter, Office Integration, CI/CD are mandatory.
  • ITIL and CSM certifications are desirable.
  • Understanding of client applications landscape and its Business function would be added advantage.
  • Experience with developing real time services, including services with authentication, workflow, forms with data lookup and validation and integration to backend systems via web service APIs.
  • Excellent knowledge of Telecom processes and its impact on overall eco-system of Client.
  • Works collaboratively with practice leadership team to grow, develop and enhance solution best practices, tools and methods, and intellectual property.
  • Demonstrated ability to review, interpret and respond to business requirements and create logical models of components, interfaces and processes from which system designs are developed.
  • Drive agile ways of working in Operations and Development. Ability to appreciate latest technologies, trends and implement in the stack.
  • Contributes to company growth and revenue generation through identification and proactive pursuit of new revenue opportunities.
  • Thorough understanding of DevOps concepts and experience in building CI/CD pipelines required.
  • Able to perform hardware sizing based on current architecture is essentials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer business needs, understand the current application landscape, draw the road map for applications like Finance, SCM, Retail POS and Replenishment, and define the strategy for rollouts and D365FO platform upgrades, define strategy for stores configuration across the locations by consulting with the stakeholders.
  • Required to guide Functional Consultants during the design and build phase of the project pipeline ensuring the solutions effectively interact with business requirements.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations functionality, working with the business stakeholders and principal enterprise sponsors, ensuring the business best practice of Dynamics 365 F&O and successful delivery of the program.
  • Define the strategies for various legacy systems integration.
  • Responsible for handling all activities related to the Finance, SCM, Retail and Cloud POS modules, and will be expected to have technical and functional capabilities.
  • Research new functional implementations and performing product demonstrations.
  • Responsible for engaging with key stakeholders in the management framework to put in place, stable and scalable solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and assist with the on-going development of niche vertical solutions.
  • Demonstrates strong qualitative analytic capabilities, particularly in relevant strategy formulation areas such as client, industry, and management issues/challenges.
  • Building partnerships and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to determine the services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Guiding functional and technical team members by providing solutions, conducting Class room Pilot (CRP) training for users and production live support
  • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery and deliver in alignment with existing SDLC process.
