Situated in the VIP area of Crown, 88 Noodle will draw inspiration from the cuisines of South East Asian and China, featuring full, punchy flavours vibrant produce where the cooking is from the heart and the hospitality is a genuine experience. It will be face paced theatre dining from an open kitchen with roast ducks hanging, turbo woks firing and full of flavour dim sums steaming.

The Chef De Cuisine is highly experienced in modern South East Asian cuisine and is looking for Chef De Parties to join the team on the journey to bring the 88 Noodle vision alive. Think street food meets fine casual service and you’re there.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Strong knowledge of South-East Asian Cuisines

• Wok experience

• Relevant experience in a high volume kitchen across multiple sections highly desirable

• The ability to maintain high and consistent food standards and HACCP

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia

• Willingness and ability to work around a 24 hour, 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays.

• Ability to work as a part of a team environment
