How will I help?
As the Executive Manager you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving, implementing and managing the governance of Sustainability Risk in the Westpac Group’s supply chain with a focus on embedding risk management policies and controls to ensure the Group’s supply chain risk remains within appetite

You will also be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders in Line of business (LOB) and Group remediation programs, developing pragmatic solutions to risk and control problems through to end to end implementation. It is an expectation of this role to promote a strong risk culture that embodies our ethics and integrity, balancing commercial and customer needs.

What do I need?
A successful candidate will bring 10+ years as an experienced risk management professional with an extensive background in Sustainability Risk, preferably in banking & financial services. You will bring demonstrated experience undertaking Responsible Sourcing risk assessments and remediation actions and comfortable writing and preparing presentations Board / committee level and maintaining risk dashboards. With the ability to influence and challenge with a broad range of stakeholders, you will be passionate about social corporate responsibility and building awareness of Sustainability Risks.
