What we’re looking for?

Kmart has developed its very own Kmart team app… MyHuddle to ensure we stay connected with our Stores Team Members as well as our National office Team members. MyHuddle is the place to go to, to receive all the latest Kmart news and videos, benefits and more and is a huge success across the business. As such, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join this hugely talented team. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Requirements analysis and solution design;

  • Review our current business processes and propose (and likely deliver) efficiency based improvements;

  • Participate in the initial stages of proposal development and contribute to the development of business cases;

  • Facilitate change across the business.

About You

To meet the challenges of this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experience;

  • First and foremost you will be customer centric;

  • Ability to articulate clearly and most importantly concisely and in a way that non-technical people are able to understand;

  • Are a change agent – representing the end users’ interests and ensuring their requirements are met;

  • Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery and capable of working across the business and IT teams.

  • You will be naturally curious with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, coupled with your strong attention to detail.
