The client
Redpath Partners' client is a major Australian owner of Commercial, Industrial and Retail Portfolios. Within the logistics and industrial space, they hold key assets & developments across Australia housing major tenants.
The opportunity
This opportunity will suit a Property Manager with exposure to managing a commercial or Industrial portfolio looking to transition to work owner side.
As part of the property management team, your day to day tasks will include the following:
- Assist in the annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets and works.
- Assist with reporting associated to budget and forecasting.
- Undertake lease negotiations and management of associated documentation.
- Provision of information to support valuations and audits.
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with tenants and Building Managers.
- Manage contractors and service providers as well as facility management team.
- Look to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Assist with inspections and strategy meetings where required.
The candidate
You'll have upwards of 2-4 years' experience in Property Management and perhaps coming from an agency setting. Ideally, you will have experience managing commercial or Industrial property with a demonstrable record of following processes and maintaining solid relationships with customers.
