About your role

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our business support team in Canberra. With an established warm desk, you will focus on placing both temporary and permanent candidates into the office cupport sector. This position presents outstanding earning potential, career growth opportunities and the chance to work with some of Randstads key clients.

You will work in a team of many hard-working consultants in our Canberra office, which is headed up by a manager who has been at Randstad for over 15 years!

Responsibilities include

  • Build and sustain client relationships
  • Develop candidate attraction strategies
  • Screen and place potential candidates
  • Manage end to end recruitment campaigns
  • Be a subject-matter and market expert
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets and KPI's

What you will need to exceed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook, seeking new ways to provide solutions within your industry for outstanding results.

  • A great telephone manner and you're not afraid to pick up the phone!
  • A clear mindset with drive and energy to achieve targets.
  • Diligent in performing operational activities and is always willing to "go the extra mile".
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You find it easy to connect with people and enjoy working as a team as well as independently
  • Able to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
