The organisation works under a shared services strategy, so tasks that warrant an action can be transferred to people within the HR hierarchy.

Your new role:

As the HR Coordinator, you will work as part of a larger People & Culture team in a shared services model. Partnering with management and colleagues, you’ll create, drive and deliver people solutions in line with the business strategy. Your role will incorporate value-adding solutions across a range of areas including:

  • Generating employment contracts and internal employee letters.
  • Compiling new starter packs, coordinating onboarding activities, and liaising with different departments.
  • Providing administrative support, when required.
  • Handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Efficient support and advice for staff on policy and procedure questions.
  • Support ad hoc staff requests (e.g. certificates of entitlement)
  • Support the delivery of critical P&C cyclical process such as performance
    appraisals, promotions, remuneration and learning events.

Your Experience

  • Attention to detail is key!
  • You will have worked as an HR Coordinator and are comfortable building and maintaining strong partnerships to drive results through robust strategies.
  • You’ll have demonstrated an ability to develop clear, actionable steps supporting an overall business strategy and deliver relevant, effective people solutions in a changing environment.
  • You will have strong business acumen and a clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between people and business strategy outcomes.
  • You’ll be used to working collaboratively across all HR functions to deliver solutions for the business.
  • Self-motivation, drive and resilience are essential, and you will be highly-skilled in influencing, negotiating, gaining credibility and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • You will also be patient, assertive and diplomatic, with a collaborative style and willing to roll up your sleeves and own your portfolio.
