What will my day to day look like?
You will ensure accurate and efficient functioning of derivatives flows whilst ensuring the day-to-day smooth operation of trade flows, controls, and risk management processes.
You will oversee:

• Configuration and implementation of MT4, Swan Back office system & all ECN Platforms
• Back Office responsibilities including trading platform administration and monitoring
• Meeting the demands of a client base covering Retail, Institutional, SME, High Value, Introducing Brokers, and White Label in a growing fast paced environment
• Collaboratively working closely with Trading desk, Sales, Client Service, Finance and Operations teams
• Continuous improvement of processes and procedures
• Ongoing monitoring and controlling of existing processes
• Trade and position reconciliations, trade investigations, system fixes and corrections.
• Processing of client deposits, compliant with AML and KYC regulations.
• Stakeholder management and communication with service providers.

What skills and experience will I need?
You have experience within a Middle Office role in a FX/CFD brokerage with a deep understanding of OTC leveraged CFD products such as FX, Futures, Index CFDs. Single Stock CFDs. You are innovative, passionate and think outside of the box with a keen interest in financial markets and new technologies. You have fantastic relationship building and communication skills and can consult, negotiate, and liaise with various teams.
You have:

• University degree preferred but not essential - within Finance (or related discipline)
• The ability to practice continuous improvement whilst going above and beyond in your role
• Advanced experience with Meta Trader 4 (MT4) or Meta Trader 5 (MT5) Administrator
• Medium-Advanced Excel. VB Script desirable.
• Experience with coding or Robotic Process Automation tools is desirable.
