To support projects and operational staff at our QENOS contract, we are now accepting applications for a Project Finance Lead to perform and oversee all finance and administration activities. This role will be the primary point of contact between Finance & Administration and operational staff and contract personnel. 
This is a Permanent full time role.
* As the successful applicant for this role, some of your responsibilities will include: 
* Administer and deliver purchase-to-pay, payroll, costing/billing/cash collection, work order management & balance sheet management 
* Manage complete Payroll end-to-end process.
* Manage complete Billing process.
* Action exception reporting - EVIM’s, Ariba and GRIR to ensure compliance
* Formulate month-end reports
* Develop and maintain a solid and detailed knowledge of the Contract, including financial, commercial and contractual requirements

Ideally your experience will include
* Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a Senior Finance & Admin position
* Working knowledge of Accounts payable process
* Demonstrated experience in using SAP 
* Demonstrated process understanding of the core F&A processes
