With a successful property management department to manage a large and continuously growing rent roll, this is a team that work hard to maintain the highest level of ethical standards. Working within an award winning team in a large network, this is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to receive maximum support working in a fun, yet professional environment. 
The Role:

Monday - Friday, this is an opportunity for a Junior Property Manager to slot into a team that provides a high level of service that is above and beyond their high profile clients' expectations. Utilising your organisational skills and customer service skills daily, you will be responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a neat and tidy portfolio of 100 properties
  • Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Complete repairs & maintenance management
  • Arrears control
  • NO weekends & NO Accounts 

The Candidate:

The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this role will have:

  • Previous Property Management experience 
  • A current Certificate of Registration 
  • Own car and Drivers license
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Great presentational skills 
  • Be a motivated self-starter
