The Opportunity
As one of five ACFI Coordinators across the group, your oversight will be across 5 Nursing Homes all within NSW, and mostly within Greater Sydney.
- $100,000 package (inclusive of superannuation) + access to salary packaging benefits.
- Where possible you will be allocated locations closest to home. The Manager is happy to rotate locations to keep the demand fair across the team.
- You will report to an experienced ACFI Manager, who is very focused on supporting and upskilling the team.
- As a team you will work towards streamlining ACFI processes and systems across the group.
- Work closely with residents and families to ensure mutual agreement and understanding of care plans.
- Uplift funding for residents to maximise their care.
- You will provide training to staff on the floor around ACFI.
- Work for a leading Not for Profit Aged Care Provider.
Requirements
- AHPRA Registered Nurse desirable but Enrolled Nurses with demonstrated ACFI experience also invited to express interest.
- Sound knowledge and experience working with ACFI.
- Sound working knowledge of the new aged care standards.
- NSW Driving License.
This position would be well suited to an ACFI Coordinator already overseeing multi-sites who is looking to join a new provider OR a professional with ACFI oversight across 1 or 2 Homes looking to take the next step in their career.
