Are you a conscientious, tech savvy, creative thinker with a passion for brand? In this newly created position you will be the ‘brand guardian’ maintaining integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications globally.

Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing this is a unique entry point to an already successful but rapidly growing global mining tech company headquartered in Perth. If you thrive on delivering results, collaborating, and supporting others we are keenly interested in your application.

In This Role, You Will

  • Deliver brand-led advertising campaigns across digital and print strengthening our profile as a leading technology player in the mining industry and supporting the Global Marketing Team to deliver this in their respective regions
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of brand direction, aesthetics, tone and content delivery to generate growth and market and customer expansion
  • Brand guardianship through the development, ownership and monitoring of adherence to global and localised brand playbooks and all associated activities such as brand communications and the creation, distribution and management of SWAG globally
  • Own the Digital Asset Management tool ensuring all artwork, graphics and assets are tagged and filed for searching
  • Contribute to the development of PR briefs, documents and media materials such as media releases, fact sheets, pitches and media strategies that achieve brand cut through with minimal editing
  • Support external brand and creative agency / freelance vendors to create and implement powerful campaigns, leading artwork briefing across the team to ensure effective communication of brand positioning

The Profile We Are Looking For Is
  • Degree qualified self-starter with an appetite to learn who thrives on delivering results
  • Experience in marketing or brand role within B2B organisation
  • Strong stakeholder relationship and agency management experience
  • Creative brief writing and eye for detail and proficient in Adobe Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once while working with internal teams on the development of new campaigns
