The Role

We currently have two positions available for experienced Cocktail Bartenders who enjoy the theatre behind the bar and the thrill of a busy service to join our team.

You will be part our skilled Bars team, who are genuinely passionate about their career in hospitality. Bringing their experience from all over the world, our team like to keep it entertaining and interesting. Whether it’s a team challenge on the best new take on a classic or creating an off-menu cocktail for a guest, it’s always a great environment.

About You

Ideally, you will have:

• 2+ years previous bar/cocktail making experience
• Experience in creating quality cocktails in a high-volume environment
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• A proven ability to build a meaningful rapport with our guests
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including day, nights and weekends

Experience:

• cocktail bartending: 2 years (Required)

Licence:

• current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) (Required)

Work Eligibility:

• Permitted to work temporarily with no restriction on hours (Preferred)

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
• Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
• Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
