We are currently looking for our next superstar to join the Brisbane Network Brand Activations team in the role of Senior Network Brand Activations Specialist. The purpose of the role is to lead and manage the implementation of agreed complex and high level commercial and integrated campaigns ensuring that ARN’s campaign delivery, post-sales fulfillment, client service and retention are best in market.

This role is a fixed term, full time role for 9 months with the potential for an extension or permanent employment.

Some Key Responsibilities Include

  • Project manage all elements of agreed complex and high level sold Commercial and Integrated campaigns that are on brand, on time and on budget ensuring consistent exceptional activation of campaigns across the Network.
  • Management of projects as assigned by the Network Activation Director.
  • Manage creation of all commercial and integrated elements as part of a ‘commercial and integrated’ campaign concept.
  • Develop and build strong and collaborative working relationships with Creative, Local Brand Activation teams, Digital and Content teams to craft the overall listener experience of your campaigns striving for creative excellence.
  • Campaign monitoring and optimisation based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates (e.g. statistics, airchecks, screen shots) for key client stakeholders.
  • Compile key data and insights of the Post Campaign Report, deliverable in a market ready format/presentation to the client.
  • Ensure exceptional levels of verbal and written communication to key internal stakeholders and external clients are demonstrated at all times.

The successful candidate will have;
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar radio or media industry role.
  • Demonstrated your ability to develop and champion innovative Campaign solutions and activations.
  • First class presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • You will have the ability to work under pressure and achieve success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven project management and leadership skills.
