The Global Technology Services Team er leading veterinary distributor in Australasia and has a long history of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in customer service to our vet and veterinary practice clients.

As the Customer Service Officer for Software Support to our Veterinary Practice Clients, you will be part of a high performing team committed to outstanding customer service delivery. Your focus will be to answer calls and queries from our Vet Practise clients, identify their needs, open cases by recording accurate details in the system, close cases in a timely manner and escalate technical support issues to the appropriate Software Systems Support Analyst to resolve.

Your main responsibilities will be;

  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively satisfy client system queries and issues
  • Taking client phone calls as the first contact not requiring further investigation
  • Open, update and close client CRM tickets meeting service delivery KPI’s
  • Recording accurate information on cases as per case creation document.
  • Identify and re-direct calls and escalation of cases to Technical Support Analyst
  • Data integrity to accurately record and update notes in the CRM
To be successful you will have;

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer support desk role
  • Passionate about customer and client service delivery
  • Previous experience with commercial CRM or support systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Server, Desktop Operating Systems, Word, Excel, Access
  • Entry level IT qualification; Vet Nurse experience is desirable
