JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you have a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment?
Corporate office environment at an innovative company located in the Brisbane CBD.
Receptionist opportunities available in an on-going contract. ASAP start date - must be immediately available to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Help create & maintain Client Experience, including but not limited to:
  • Taking and transferring a high volume of inbound calls, about 150 calls per day
  • Greet clients upon arrival, offer refreshments, etc.
  • Answer main switch in a cordial, professional and timely manner
  • Maintain arrival area, meeting rooms and client kitchen
  • Organise couriers
  • Maintain internal phone lists/documents
  • Scanning including storage, filing and archiving of all scanning documents
  • Correspondence - timely distribution of all faxes (incoming and outgoing), distribution of Australia Post Mail, monitor correspondence.


Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of switchboard operation and telephone equipment
  • Well-developed IT literacy
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to take direction


About You
  • Must be immediately Available to commence work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames within a team
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in written and oral forms to both internal and external clients
  • Positive attitude, Proactive, punctual, and reliable
  • Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
