Solahart Townsville is recruiting for the exciting role of BUSINESS MANAGER to continue the growth of the business in the region. Reporting to the business owners, the primary objective of the BUSINESS MANAGER is to provide leadership and sales focused management support to achieve the highest levels of sales growth and client services possible. The BUSINESS MANAGER is responsible and accountable for the results, staffing and productivity of the team.

As the BUSINESS MANAGER for Solahart Townsville your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Managing day to day operations and employee KPI's

Communicate with clients and suppliers

Manage stock levels

Setting and managing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets

Harnessing business opportunities from current client base

Develop and close out new business opportunities

Marketing strategies

Creating a motivating environment for staff

Continued staff development and training

Motivated and competitive business manager with the ability to lead and drive a team to meet business and sales KPI's;

Able to actively promote new products, services and offerings;

A demonstrated history of sales growth and business development;

A demonstrated experience developing strategies to reduce expenditure, improve profitability and ensure efficiency of the operation;

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Successful applicants will need a Driver's license and national police check (or be willing to obtain).
