My client is a proudly Australian contemporary home renovation business. Only working with the best suppliers, they work one on one with their clients to improve their living space. Due to the exceptional quality of their service, the business has been growing and expanding. Broadening their reach in NSW, they are looking to bring on sales-minded individuals who can consult, advise, and close sales with the highest degree of customer satisfaction. 

The Role:

The Floor Manager will achieve sales budgets and retail KPIs, generating leads and with their clients. You will work in the showroom leading from the front. You must have a creative flair, though no prior home design experience required as you will go through extensive training on the product and ranges. You must be highly motivated and organized and a passion for sales and making amazing commissions. 

Skills & experiences required:

• Must have driver's license and car
• Proven expertise in sales - overcoming objections and closing!
• No previous homeware or interior experience necessary
• Insurance , car sales, or real estate experience highly preferred
• Flexibility to work late evenings and some weekends - you will be rewarded!
• Experience training and devleoping sales professionals
